This training focuses on establishing an understanding of modern and classical postural yoga and its effects on alignment, breath and overall health. This education will help develop your personal asana practice while offering you essential tools to begin to share yoga with others. Naada Yoga embraces the philosophy that yoga can be accessible to all students.
