Yoga Studio and Online Yoga School
The 200hr Foundation training program is designed to make the deeper aspects of yoga accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities. Whether you plan to teach yoga or develop your own personal practice, this program provides the knowledge and tools necessary to impart this living practice onto others, safely, skillfully and with integrity. Students who complete the 200hr program will have gained a tremendous insight into the world of yoga and establish an internationally recognized accreditation as well as the foundation for a complete NYTT 500hr certification.
This training focuses on establishing an understanding of modern and classical postural yoga and its effects on alignment, breath and overall health. This education will help develop your personal asana practice while offering you essential tools to begin to share yoga with others. Naada Yoga embraces the philosophy that yoga can be accessible to all students. In this light an emphasis will be placed on exploring a variety of modifications in order to nurture both accessibility and inclusion within a group class environment.

Other members of the Yoga community often ask me where I studied to become a Yoga teacher and tell me how lucky I am to have been able to take the 500 hr. training at Naada. I really do feel thankful. My time in the program was intense, fun and challenging throughout, with the varied and educational modules, outstanding teachers at Naada and the added bonus of internationally renowned guest faculty. I continue to explore, discover and learn more from my time spent at Naada and about Yoga itself. Naada opened my eyes and my heart to the vastness of Yoga.
